① Face Shield: Designed with an arc-shaped profile that conforms to the Chinese facial structure, featuring goggles and ventilation holes. The material used for manufacturing the transparent face shield incorporates an embedded rigid-material cavity shell structure in the helmet’s ear guards, top cover, and bilateral shoulder flaps, providing strong shock-absorbing capabilities. The neck guard provides effective protection for the cervical region; the liner, made of synthetic leather, ensures flexible wear and ease of movement during training. The helmet’s face area can withstand direct, forceful impacts without cracking. During training, it offers effective protection for the chin, forehead, and ears against techniques such as picking, chopping, and sweeping. The adjustable tightness ensures a secure fit that prevents slippage, while maintaining breathability, comfort, and hygiene. The ear guards feature a biomimetic design that enhances their protective performance. ② Chest and Body Armor: Each protective component—front chest, back, neck guard, upper arm, and elbow—utilizes a cavity shell structure made of high-impact-resistant, non-deformable hard materials. The cavity shell is segmented and ergonomically shaped, allowing unimpeded movement and effectively protecting the entire torso, upper arms, and elbow joints. ③ Crotch Guard: Comfortable to wear, highly breathable, and washable. The inner lining is designed according to ergonomic principles, with adjustable tightness, offering excellent protective performance. ④ Arm Guards: The arm guards consist of a combined palm guard and forearm guard, designed as a single unit. The outer fabric of the palm guard is made from breathable, comfortable, and hygienic materials, while the inner layer is crafted from waterproof and antibacterial materials. It features air-flow channels and is removable and washable. The inner lining adopts a curved, artificially-inspired design, molded in one piece from foamed material. The grip area is made from eco-friendly Lycra material with anti-slip, elastic, and textured dots. It includes an adjustable double-hook-and-loop fastening system. ⑤ Finger Guards: Available in two styles—fully covering two fingers or partially exposing three fingers—these guards effectively protect the hand at the rear end when holding a firearm, preventing injuries caused by friction against chest shield protrusions during training maneuvers or impacts from opponent’s training equipment during sparring. They also ensure a firm and comfortable grip on the rear end of training equipment. The fastening system is hook-and-loop, adjustable for tightness, and easy to put on and take off. ⑥ Thigh, Knee, and Shin Guards: Thigh Guard: Features a suspension-style wearing design connected to the body armor via elastic straps. The knee guard adopts an external attachment design, secured to the thigh guard with elastic bands, making it suitable for various body types and providing comprehensive protection for both the inner and outer thighs as well as the entire knee joint. The protective plates are made from high-impact-resistant, non-deformable materials, ergonomically shaped for unrestricted movement, and offer full protection for the thighs and knees. The main fabric is breathable, comfortable, and hygienic, with an inner layer made from waterproof and antibacterial materials. It features air-flow channels and is removable and washable, with cushioning material incorporated into the inner lining.
