I. Functional Requirements: The stabbing and combat training protective gear is primarily designed for individual soldier stabbing and combat training, aimed at enhancing real-combat capabilities. During stabbing and combat training, it effectively protects vital body parts such as the head, neck, chest, shoulders, arms, and groin area. The complete set of protective gear features tight connections and is easy and comfortable to wear. II. Complete Set Configuration: The set includes four components—helmet, chest protector, arm guards, and groin guard—and is stored in a dedicated equipment bag. III. Material, Craftsmanship, and Performance Characteristics: 1. Helmet: The face shield is arc-shaped, designed according to the Chinese facial profile, and made from imported Sabic ALS01 polycarbonate material. It boasts excellent impact resistance, cold resistance, and transparency up to 96%. A ventilation hole is left at the chin area of the face shield to prevent fogging. The head-covering part uses polyamide waterproof Oxford fabric, with a brushed, breathable leather lining inside; the inner lining is made of felt or sponge. The neck guard is made from microfiber synthetic leather, with a polyurethane wet-process synthetic leather lining. The helmet’s face section can withstand strong direct impacts without cracking, and during training, it provides effective protection for the chin, forehead, and ears when performing techniques such as thrusting, chopping, and sweeping. The ear guards feature a bionic design that enhances protective performance and ensures greater comfort when worn. The helmet’s overall design incorporates double Velcro fasteners, allowing adjustable tightness and preventing slippage during use. 2. Chest Protector: The chest protector continues the traditional structural design, incorporating new technologies, materials, and processes to optimize protection for critical areas including the chest, ribs, shoulders, throat, and abdomen. Specifically, the chest plates are made from high-strength, impact-resistant, cold-resistant imported Sabic ALS01 polycarbonate, molded in one piece, and evenly distributed with anti-slip particles. There are five plates in total—three for the chest and two for the ribs—connected by rivets in the middle and stitched around the perimeter with high-strength nylon thread matching the color of the plates themselves. The outer fabric of the chest protector is environmentally friendly, twice-polyurethane-coated 1680D Oxford fabric made of polyamide, with a waterproof synthetic leather lining. The inner lining is removable and washable, and the inner core is made of felt, sponge, or XPE high-pressure foam. The neck area of the chest protector features an arc-shaped, concave wall design that effectively prevents accidental injuries from sliding guns hitting the throat (see sample for exact deviation point No. 1). The rear-neck connection of the chest protector adopts an adjustable double-Velcro strap design, ensuring a snug and secure fit. The shoulder area of the chest protector features an external swinging design that both prevents exposure of the armpit area and does not interfere with the completion of stabbing movements, avoiding any noticeable bulging. The lower hem of the chest protector employs a combination of five movable flaps, which are sewn together at the base and spread open at the edges. The surface of the flaps is made of polyurethane synthetic leather combined with high-pressure foam, molded in one piece. The bottom layer of the flaps consists of a stitched structure of waterproof Oxford fabric, felt, and polyurethane synthetic leather, providing effective groin protection. At appropriate positions on the back of the waist and shoulders, four connecting rings are reserved for straps, facilitating secure fastening after wearing. The ear guards feature a bionic design that enhances protective performance and ensures greater comfort when worn. The upper part of the connecting rings is covered with microfiber leather to prevent wear and tear, making them aesthetically pleasing. 3. Arm Guards: The arm guards consist of a palm guard and a forearm guard, integrated into a single unit. The outer fabric of the palm guard is made from environmentally friendly, twice-polyurethane-coated 1680D Oxford fabric made of polyamide, with a breathable, waterproof leather lining inside. The inner core is shaped like an artificial arc, made from one-piece foamed material, with various parts filled with felt, sponge, XPE high-pressure foam, or bamboo fiber fabric. The grip area is made from eco-friendly Lycra elastic, anti-slip, and dotted fabric. The armor itself is sewn from synthetic leather and XPE high-pressure foam, featuring an adjustable double-Velcro closure for comfortable wear and strong protective performance, with anti-slip properties at the grip area. 4. Groin Guard: The outer shell is made from synthetic leather, while the inner lining is made from polyester mesh fabric. The protective inner core is made from imported Sabic ALS01 polycarbonate material. It offers excellent breathability and is fitted with an elastic band for comfortable wear. The shape of the inner core conforms to ergonomic design principles. 5. Protective Gear Bag: Made from waterproof and scratch-resistant Oxford fabric, with a zippered opening and a handle for carrying. It is sturdy, durable, and convenient to carry. 6. Finger Guards: The finger guards are sewn from high-density polyamide waterproof Oxford fabric, with a highly energy-absorbing XPE high-pressure foam lining inside. The inner lining is made from single-sided brushed, breathable, waterproof leather. They feature a Velcro closure, adjustable tightness, and are easy to put on and take off.
