A delegation led by Ke Yuefeng, Executive Deputy Director of the Quanzhou Municipal Committee’s Office for Military-Civilian Integration, visited and provided guidance at Wurong.
On the morning of August 9, Ke Yuefeng, Executive Deputy Director of the Municipal Party Committee’s Office for Military-Civilian Integration, and his delegation visited Quanzhou Wurong Sports for a research visit, accompanied by relevant leaders.

∆ Chairman Huang of Wurong Sports accompanied Vice Director Ke Yuefeng and his delegation on a tour of the company.

Huang Zeyu, Chairman of Wurong Sports Company, gave a detailed introduction to Wurong for the visiting guests. He explained that Wurong Sports was formerly known as Nan'an City Wurong Military Sports Equipment Factory, established in 1978 with a registered capital of 57 million yuan. It is a comprehensive solution manufacturer integrating product R&D, production, and sales. Over the years, guided by the philosophy of “Building military excellence through Wurong and taking pride in crafting high-quality products,” Wurong has been committed to providing troops with high-quality, fully-equipped training equipment. Its product range includes over 2,000 types of military support equipment, such as protective gear, military and police equipment, QZ equipment, fire and rescue equipment, communication equipment, training equipment, bag and pouch items, rubber products, and earthquake- and disaster-resistant rescue equipment.

In 2003, Wurong was recognized by the China Enterprise Credit Association as one of the “Top Ten Honest Enterprises in China—Guaranteed Product Quality and Customer Satisfaction.” In 2004, the company’s series of simulated training guns and laser-based combat training systems were designated as the first batch of qualified manufacturers by the Second Department of the former General Staff Headquarters and the Training Department of the Armed Police Headquarters; these products have been widely distributed for use in military training. At the same time, Wurong has also become a supplier listed on the Military Procurement Network, the All-Army Weapon and Equipment Procurement Information Network, as well as the procurement lists of units including the Western Theater Command, the Central Theater Command, and the Armed Police Corps of Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Jiangxi, and Fujian.
Wurong’s product line—including sanda protective gear, boxing gloves, hand targets, foot targets, and single and double bars—has gained widespread acclaim at numerous large-scale martial arts events both domestically and internationally, thanks to its lightweight, aesthetically pleasing, and durable features. As the new era unfolds and the company continues to expand its business, Wurong is also deepening its corporate exchanges and collaborations. Recently, Wurong provided a batch of military equipment and simulated shooting training systems for “The Peace Ark,” a contemporary military-themed TV series produced for Beijing Haitian Jiaolong Film & Media Co., Ltd. This series has been recommended by the National Radio and Television Administration as a tribute marking the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

After gaining a deeper understanding of Wurong’s development journey and strategy, Deputy Director Ke expressed his appreciation for the achievements Wurong has made and voiced his concern about the company’s plans for the next phase. Currently, the nation is vigorously implementing the “Made in China 2025” strategy and accelerating the application of big data in manufacturing, thereby promoting the digital and intelligent transformation of the manufacturing sector. Quanzhou is also actively developing high-tech industries and striving to build an ecosystem for dual-use technology product chains. An increasing number of enterprises are focusing on key areas such as artificial intelligence, electronic information, equipment manufacturing, and new materials, fostering the development of products and technologies among upstream and downstream supporting enterprises of central state-owned defense companies. The Municipal Committee Office for Military-Civilian Integration will fully leverage its coordination mechanisms to help enterprises overcome practical challenges encountered during their development. Finally, Deputy Director Ke and his delegation placed great hopes on Wurong Sports’ business development.
In the future, Wurong will continue to enhance its R&D capabilities and production capacity, optimize, expand, and strengthen its core projects, launch more high-quality products, and make greater contributions to our country’s national defense efforts and military training!
